In Ngwataniro, Turi Ward – Molo, we gathered to bid a heartbreaking farewell to Dennis Njuguna, a young soul full of promise, a student at Njenga Karume, whose life was brutally cut short by a police bullet during the June 25th, 2025 Gen Z protests.
Dennis didn’t deserve to die. He was not a threat he was a voice. A voice among thousands, crying out for a better Kenya.
As we lowered him into the ground, the pain was deep, but so was the resolve. We laid him to rest with a heavy heart but with hope that justice will not be denied. His family, his friends, and this nation deserve answers.
